Eating there since 1978-things have changed -last 5 pizzas we have had delivered have Not been what we have gotten used to-sauce has changed & not for the better.do not think we will be ordering there again

Literally the worst service ever. I called 4 hours in advance and they still messed up my order to the point that I just had to cancel it. I called multiple times to fix my order but they never fixed it.

I grew up in Waukegan and ever was I disapointed by the service and quality of Mikes Pizza. our Family ordered there at least eight times a month. when you are that good more people want it and it grows and sometimes it takes a little longer in the mix of things but it is worth the wait.I would love to have thier sauce recipe. Maybe someone could call me with it 931-212-3831. I live in TN now so it is hard for me to find a good thib crust pizza here.

This is one of the worst services , I waited over an hour for my pizza on picking it up , if I was that slow on the job I would be unimployed

Good prices and good pizza . Not good enough for me to go back. Ordered at 3:00 , Was told 45 min to an hour for delivery . Didn't come til 4:35 and got order wrong. Ordered 2 garbage pizza With 1 NO Peppers( can't have spicy at all) . Both came with peppers so could not eat with my family. What a waste waiting to eat . Should have grabbed Wendy's ... Better off with other pizza chains . , they always deliver on time and don't have to almost 2 hours for food and its fresh . Not sitting around .
