I've been to the Oak Lawn Diner for breakfast and have yet to find a reason to complain - the food is delicious and the portions are generous. I especially enjoyed the Bloody Mary with my meal and was pleasantly surprised by the attentive service. The country fried steak was a standout dish, and I highly recommend giving this place a try for a great breakfast experience.

Ordered through DoorDash and my husband picked up. He was told ‘you cost us money, and you cost yourself money. You should call in your order next time. I’m taking down DoorDash...’ And forget about them practicing any safety measures, which is concerning. I shouldn’t have to question the food I pick up, even Taco Bell is killing it with the safety precautions so I’m not sure why you don’t care if you want repeat customers.
Sorry, not our issue you have problems with DoorDash. I have no problem getting food directly from places if it’s available, but if your not advertising correctly to have that show above going through DoorDash.... it’s not your customer fault! Here’s an idea, stop utilizing DoorDash if you don’t like it. I used it today for my own reasons, but it’s should never be your customers fault you don’t like the service you agreed to.
The food! Not sure if it was badly made and put together because we ordered from DoorDash, but it sure as hell doesn’t come close to the places I prefer to frequent. Most of the food was tossed, it was a combo of gross, overcooked, watery, but the crepes were passable.
If you can’t figure it out yet, I will never get food here again. I can give a place a second chance on food, I would have no problem calling in if I knew it was available, but you lost us when you it our fault you decided to go with and stay with DoorDash and how you ride you were when you went about it.

I was completely mishandled once so much money was taken from my credit card, thank goodness I checked my account to find out too much money was taken from my account and when I called in to mention it to the staff she didn't offer any compensation only to put back what was taken usually the store wants you to come back but when I mentioned my disappointment she said "what do you think I should do, what do you want" I mentioned a free meal and she said I can do 20% off, now 20% off is not even equivalent to the amount that was taken from my account so I feel disrespected, insulted, mishandled to the upmost and not treated as the valued customer I am, The way the conversation was going, we could've gone into an argument one of the managers I think it was, her name was Jennifer or Jessica and I tipped I'm disgusted never dealt with this type of carelessness at a restaurant before they're worst than McDonalds

Cheryl Airsick Hardin Mombasa So two of my best Friends and i meet at Nikos breakfast club for breakfast this morning we have are breakfast and we are catching up and the owner is rushing us out not once but twice . So when i got home i thought about it and i called and complained his answer was its Sunday and we are busy. . Well hello we are paying customers too . First and last time for us...at least for me. Very disappointed not with the service by the way the Owner treated us.
