Just left with a carryout. Got home abd discovered order is incorrect. Young man at the register on the carryout side is nice. He doesn't accurately enter the order to the kitchen. CHECK YOUR ORDER COMPLETELY BEFORE LEAVING. The customer service is Horrible! They won't help with making corrections AT ALL! Calling is also a waste of time bc they won't answer the call or when they do they simply Hang Up or act like they can't hear you! If you like good business, Don't Go Here!! Although the food is good, their business tactics made me loose my appetite!

Worst place ever just waited an hour there to get cold food that place is horrible an should be shut down right now the food is straight garbage garbage garbage 🗑 I'm so mad right now I advise do not buy food from there

They sold me cake with mold on it. I took it back last Sunday. They have yet to contact me. I'm pissed..I ate some cake with mold on it. I want my money back. Someone should have contacted me right away. They make you check your food in that crowded as place. But fail to check their food before selling it to me. I wonder how many people ate that cake last week.

Very rude, unprofessional and the food was the worsted ever. The lines are 2 long and management was no where in sight to accommodate the customers

This is the most ghetto, horribly run establishment in the West Suburbs! Management is extremely poor and beyond rude! The female being mentioned, was "manager" named Ms. T. She attempted to use her "manager" power to create a VERY POOR customer experience/interaction. She was beyond unprofessional and displayed the most egregious and downright despicable behaviors of any restaurant manager ever! It's sad when you try to support black-owned business, but end up dealing with uncouth people like T. You should be ashamed of yourself and your behaviors as a black woman. You are doing a poor job representing the community, black women and black businesses. You absolutely suck as female manager, and are doing the community/Hillside a HUGE disservice thru your unethical, unchecked behavior!!! This place was a disgrace with no organization. The restaurant isn't even exercising any COVID19 precautions (WHICH WILL BE REPORTED). People were every where, including workers who did not observe hand washing of any kind between order delivery. BE WARE!!! PRISCALLA'S and THE MANAGER T, IS A HOT HOT NASTY, MESS! We will continue to share our story about this poor, unfortunate place!
