Today, I had breakfast with a friend at Big Apple Pancake House, location at 18220 Kedzie. Surprisingly, the service and food was poor. Our server did not introduce herself when she came to the table. She refilled our coffee once, but fail to check on us without prompting.

When we received our food, from another server, the eggs were incorrect and the pancakes undercooked. When I asked the server if I might to talk to a manager she was reluctant and stomped off with a huff. The manager apologized for the poor service and offered us $3 off. Three dollars seemed very little for two meals that were barely touched.

Although I frequently visit your establishment, today may have been my last. I wish them well and pray they make the necessary adjustments to improve their customers' dining experiences.
