There's a unique charm to this older grocery store that makes every visit enjoyable. The friendly staff and excellent selection, especially in the fresh produce and meat departments, truly set it apart. With great prices and a welcoming atmosphere, it feels like home, and I wouldn't choose anywhere else for my grocery needs.

081923. Butera - Lindenhurst, Illinois. I had the pleasure of dealing with the elderly Hispanic woman in the deli. This lady is very rude. She constantly asks you what did you want, what did you want? She does not listen or retain. She has absolutely no patience with any of the customers. This woman has no customer relations skills. Adios!

I was at Butera in Lindenhurst and what a horrible experience it was. They state certain sale prices in their advertisement but once you get there you find out they had the add wrong and they won't stand by what they originally stated. Then to ask for help is another story. No one seems to know where anything is or where any of the sale items are. It was a huge waste of time and I can't recommend Butera to anyone.
