This is by far the worst Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. The food is not authentic Mexican food, I order a torta and the meat was terrible, the bread was hard, the nachos I order were stail. The service was horrible. I will never eat here ever again.

We Go here as often as we can the food is excellent. Fresh home made and priced right. The service is fantastic. I suggest if your looking for home cooked mexican food El largo is the place to go. If your looking for that fancy commercial type of place then go to one of the chain store mexican places like Taco Bell or On the Border or El Famous. This place is great For Breakfast Lunch or Dinner. It can accomidate large parties of people easily and has convient hours from 7 AM to 9 PM. Great for the whole family. El Lago is good food and good service at a good price. I would recommend it highly.

The carpet smells of cigarette ,the food is the not best, but what really turned us off was when the lady that owns the place snapped her fingers at our server pointing for her to go wash dishes,(as if though this young lady was her slave),she probably is.

We stumbled into this one day and hate to even write a review in fear the place will become overstuffed with people!

The portions are generous, made to order and reasonably priced. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We've even had great conversations with folks sitting at other tables.
