I got my food delivered through one of those apps, can't remember which one, and I really enjoyed the birria tacos and fries with mild sauce. While it wasn't the absolute best birria I've had, it hit the spot and the price was fair so I'll definitely be trying more items from their menu in the future. Their breakfast burrito is a must-try, and the steak tacos were pretty good too. The service can be a bit busy, but the tasty food and reasonable prices keep me coming back.

THE FOOD WAS GOOD. THE PEOPLE PREPARING THE FOOD AND BAGGING COULD CARE LESS. THEY WERE NOT VERY "CUSTOMER FRIENDLY ORIENTATED" I HAD -7- ORDERS AND HAD TO REQUEST A BAG. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING BUT IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT PEOPLE TO BACK UP THE GOOD FOOD, YOU JUST HAVE ANOTHER RESTAURANT IN THE HOOD SELLING GREASY FOOD SCRAMBLED EGGS ARE SERVED HARD NOT SOFT AS REQUESTED. I WILL GIVE THEM ANOTHER TRY. IT WAS NOT A BUSY FRIDAY MORNING I DON'T THIS PLACE WILL EVER BE ON "CHICAGO'S BEST" UNTIL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES ARE CLEANED UP.

Went inside to place an order and you cook was very rude also the person preparing the orders was waiting on friends u nstead of serviceing customers in the order in which they came then they lied about my order by the way this is the morning crew im referring to 2 14 2015 is when i was there it t ook 40 minutes for them to even start my order and hen they did get it together the person bagging the orders gave my burger to his friend who had just walked in. So i just told them to give me a refund. The customer service is terrible. Some of your employees are none professional. Listen every customer had come and gone we were still waiting and was there before 90% of them came got their or orders and left i wont be back good food and good customer service is what brings customers back

The food is excellent but the fries are cooked too long The reason I became such a fan of this restaurant was because of the fries.Now they just destroy them. The food continues to be good
in that "fast food greasy" way.(which I love) but the fries would still be good if only they cared enough to go back to cooking them right!!
