If you want to deal with rude people this is your place. The older woman that works there. The one without the glasses should not be dealing with thethe public. Customer service here is terrible fight another Bakery

Ordered 8 dozen of the poppy seed buns for Christmas. After picking them up, some weren't even
baked all the way. The rest were smaller than golf balls, could not even butter the buns.
No more ordering from them, not to mention the price!

Ordered 7 dozen dinner rolls for Thanksgiving like I always do. Order was unreal. Buns
were the size of a ping pong ball. Tasted liked they weren't quite baked and something
was missing. Not like they used to be. Very disappointing.

Went there yesterday and purchased a variety of goodies. Everything was wonderful, customer's enjoyed them. The triangle donut is a must you may want to share though it's quiet large. Will definitely be back.

My wife bought a strawberry filled cake for fathers day. It was one of the driest cakes I have ever eaten. It was about 50$ for a 10" cake. My wife called to complain and they said it wasn't possible. I'll never go there again.

I spent $49 for a cake for Father's Day and it was so dry like it was old. I called and the person that answered said it couldn't have been. Very poor customer service I wouldn't have called if it wasn't terrible. The only thing correct was my pink and yellow flowers looked nice.
I wasn't looking for anything but now I'm going to stop in I want my money back.

Call Ahead to place your order!!!! Phone orders take priority over walk in business. Supply is limited and phones are answered while walk in business waits. Walk in customers wait while staff stops to answer phone and fill phone orders. Everything here is wonderful but is overpriced and does not make up for being treated with such disrespect of customers who actually go into shop to order. Don't get up early to get your favorites....CALL AHEAD and cut to the front of the line. Then show up at your convenience. no more waiting in line for the left overs or waiting for phone orders to be filled ahead you. I personally will never be back. No baked good is worth trading my self respect for.
