The staff at Lou Malnati's consistently impresses with their warm hospitality and swift service, even handling minor mix-ups with grace. As a devoted fan of their thin crust-far superior to the deep dish in my opinion-I can't resist the buttery crust and homemade sauce that keeps me coming back for more, despite the rising prices and my ongoing battle with tomato allergies.
