Steve's Lounge has been a staple in the community for decades, offering a nostalgic dining experience reminiscent of a bygone era. The food, such as the fried fish and roast beef, is consistently exceptional, with homemade flavors that please even the pickiest eaters. Despite some occasional concerns with banquet hall policies, the quality of the catered food remains unmatched in the vicinity.

Steves has had Great food since the '60's ( consistently ). When I was a kid I'd pick up for my family way home from school ( St. Florian ), or activity at Mann Park

I grew up in Hegewisch this is the go to for fantasic food I have been going to this place for 40 yrs. weddings,showers, just about every occasion i can think of. The food, no matter what ever you order is delish. My favorite is the fried chicken and the lake perch T he best ever!!! My family and I give it a thumbs up everytime. The price is right, alot for your money. I promise you will never leave here hungry. Can't wait till Friday. yum! yum!

Steve's has had the best food in Hegewisch ( particularly fish) perch /Have Holiday seafood plates, etc . since I was a child + stopped to get carry outs for Family. They have excellent food for catering +celebrations in their hall as well( weddings, funeral, + more 💯ðŸ‘ðŸ»ðŸ˜‹ðŸ˜˜
