.my husband ordered a large rib tips that were tough and dried out. The tips are just like the name the pits. Awful, just Taking people's money. Won't go there ever again

Was so excited about getting BBQ. Went at 5pm. Was told 25 min wait, no problem. Asked for mild and got hot. The tips where dry and Tuff. Old fries. The Hot Links where tuff on the outside and soft undercooked on the inside. I try to support local businesses, but you lose. This was the second time. Exsenators here I come.

Well i ordered the tip/link combo.I was told 15 min wait. It turned out to be 45 min wait. They close early now at 9pm. I received my food at 8:45pm. Once I got home I opened food to see two burnt links , scraps of ribs , a bunch of fries and heavy sauce. I was so angry. By this time they closed so I called exactly eight times and they answered the phone . The young lady which stated she was the manger said if I didn't want the food come back tomorrow and they can replace it. I argued that I shouldn't have been served something so poorly in first place and could she at least give me a tip lunch for another day. I kept asking how could they compensate me!!! Bottom line bring food back if you want it replace. They have the right one because this food going back in the morning. I'm eating a sandwich now but this sh-t going back in the morning. Poor customer service . They were very busy just before closing and was stretching the meat and struggling.
