During our stay at the Congress, my husband and I decided to try Rafael's for dinner. Despite some mixed reviews, we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and attentive service, with highlights being the Burger, New York Strip Steak, and an amazing Cobb salad. The convenience of dining in the hotel, combined with the lovely views of Michigan Avenue, made for a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations.

While staying at The Congress, my husband and I decided to dine at Rafael's for convenience. Despite initial reservations due to mixed reviews, we were pleasantly surprised by the polite staff and delicious food. I ordered the New York Strip Steak and my husband had The Burger, both of which were outstanding. The flavors were spot on, from the wings to the Caesar dressing on my salad. If you're looking for a convenient dining option without leaving the hotel, Rafael's is a great choice.
