Everyone raves about the tamales in Manila, but I've always been disappointed with hair in my food or too much masa and not enough meat. After discovering Rosa's Tamales in Chicago, I found my favorite spot for authentic flavors; their Oaxacan tamales are a must-try. Even during a busy Thanksgiving, I was impressed with how quickly my large order was ready, and my family loved every bite.
