Met up with friends for a casual Sunday breakfast gathering at 9:30am, finding ample parking available. The service was a bit lackluster, but the clean environment and quick, warm food made for an overall satisfactory experience. Prices were reasonable for the area, averaging around $14.50 for breakfast and coffee, making it a spot we'll return to occasionally when in the area.
