I had a pleasant breakfast experience this morning with exceptional service from Carrie, a waitress at the restaurant. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, making it a satisfying meal overall. I appreciate the consistent quality and friendly staff at this dining establishment.

I call in to spend $40 on a chicken deal that's advertised on your online menu. The girl that answered told me it's not your website that gives the menu I was looking at. As I looked again, it defiantly was it, I even called your number that's attached to it. She cut me off as I was explaining I wanted the 29.99 deal with the pie. She said it's 32 and we don't have pie. I told her at this point thx I'll go else where. Customer service has been lousy here in this last year. I'll spend my money else where.
