This BBQ joint in the tristate is hands down the best - no questions asked. The brisket is top-tier, and the sides like baked beans and cornbread are seriously impressive. Plus, the prices are super reasonable for the quality you're getting.

Love the food there but the people making the plates are putting less and less pork in the naked bowls!! the last couple times I got this including today I couldn't believe how much pulled pork they put in the large baked bowl.. it could have as easily fit in the small bowl! The 2 sides was twice as much as the meat! It all depends on who makes the bowl up! Why not weigh it so you know it's the same everytime because if this keeps happening I won't be going back. I'll smoke my own..

Their meat is cooked to perfection. I love their bowl with cornbread meat and two sides on top.
