great food and service

I heard from several friends how great the ribs are at Wing Champ that a friend and I drove up from downtown yesterday to have lunch at this new restaurant and it was amazing. Th e baby back ribs have a savory rub and just the right amount of sauce that is so taste. They have so many sized but I tried the steak fries and some beans&rice. It comes with a sweet cornbread that is great with the meal or as a dessert. The Iced Tea has a fresh flavor delicious. The Service was exceptional and I also met the Chef, a younger man named Shaun who has a passion for southern cooking, slow roasted and so good. I highly recommend Wing Champ and it is worth the 20 minute ride from downtown. Parking is plentiful and right off 75 and East on Sharon road for about two blocks. I have heard some great reviews of the band that plays on Friday nights with no cover to enjoy some smooth jazz with a fine meal.
