I ordered delivery from this pizza place and the person I spoke to on the phone was super friendly. The food arrived hot and delicious, and the driver was equally nice. Great pizza and quick service - definitely worth a try!

Ordered a pizza on June 1st 2013 with garlic bread it would take 45 min thats fine. I had a coupon and it was delivered still ok.The pizza had hardly no sauce on it and the crust was horrible the worst pizza I had ever gotten from there.I called and complained The young guy on the phone tried to tell me everything was measured out and wanted to know what I wanted to do He was not real friendly and rubbed me the wrong way.I told him my opinion he really wasnt concerned it was like I was a bother to him.So I told him it was horrible and hung up.I got to thinking how rude an unprofessional so that just rubbed me the wrong way So I took the rest of the pizza back to the store and guess who greeted me The young Guy I just talked to on the phone I complained to him there and showed him.The crust looks normal he said what do you want me to do.I very angry at this point I keep my cool and told him You just lost a customer and walked out.What I wanted to do was ring his unprofessional neck This company needs to do a better job with whose they leave in charge The young guy is not a people person at all.A refund would of been nice even a sorry about that will make it right for you.The young guy is clueless and needs better training before dealing with customers.I've been a customer for 20 yrs felt cheated by a clueless young guy to whom I wouldn't care to talk to for the rest of my life.This is as nice as I could be when you just want to clean someones clock.Sincerly Tim a disappointed customer any questions feel free to call me(513) 304 3357 (Its bad when you have to take a delivered pizza back yourself)
