Our waitress, Melinda, was so rude and slammed our refill down on the table. We had asked for refills since she chatted with another table. Have had her once before, about a year ago since I swore I would never go back then. And had a bad experience then. I'll drive a little farther to Eastgate location.

Ordered 2 Thanksgiving dinners online for curbside pickup today @ 2pm. Curbside not available as advertised. Called from my car X 8 - only went into voice mail. Had to go in to get food. Never heard phone ring while in restaurant. I & others were completely ignored at designated "Online Pickup" station. When I asked the manager for my order and why phones were not being answered, manager (unmasked) was rude and snippy, haughtily stating "I don't even know if it's ready!!". She retrieved my order on a shelf outside the food area where customers were stacked shoulder to shoulder in front of that shelf; where you couldn't see them. Nor were any instructions posted as to where you could even find your order if you wanted to. There was zero social distancing of customers. Lobby was packed shoulder to shoulder with people seated and standing close together. Customers were bumping into one another. Another post of another customer at Bob Evans in Eastgate cited the same experience as mine. False advertising of curbside service which is NOT available; lack of confidence that meal was prepared, packaged nor staged properly to avoid Covid spread. Poor customer service. This Milford location has had problems the last yr or so - never gets any better regardless of crowd size. Threw my meal out, Lysol'd me and my car, stripped and showered upon arrival home. Totally unacceptable experience. By the way, one of the orders was wrong!
