My visit to The Echo was long overdue, and I'm so glad I finally made it there for breakfast. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Hot Mess and the Aztec omelet, which stood out for their incredible flavors. The service was quick and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made the whole experience enjoyable, despite the busy weekend crowd.
