With construction being done on our house over the last week, we have ordered three big mama pizzas. The last one was terrible. We were starving and it took one and a half hours to receive our pizza. It was not good and cold. When my husband called to inform the manager, "John" my husband was told that the pizza was fine and we were wrong. This man spent ten minutes at lease arguing with my husband and then myself. He refused to give us a credit or replace the pizza. Terrible experience. We were accused of complaining about our pizza all the time. We have NEVER complained about their food.

I have never had an issue come from this place. The order is right, they fix it, or refund. I am sorry the others had issues when they went but I have been ordering from this Gramma's for over four years now and have never had bad food. The Baklava is just a bonus.

was served cold food . the manager there doesn't care. the cops was called. and I was told it was I civil matter. so don't eat there at milford location. the food is cold or burnt and the cops wont do nothing and the manager don't care and the help is very rude as well as the manager. they need to be reported to the BBB, which I will do.

This place is disgusting and overpriced compared to other Grammas locations in the Cincinnati area. The very young and inexperienced staff is also very rude and dont seem to care whether you order is correct or not. The owner of this location also doesnt seem to care whether his employees are rude to customers or not, or if the food is done right the first time around. Refund was refused by the owner and told to scrape off next time. Buyer beware of the Milford location.
