Gramma's pizza is delicious, offering a satisfying balance of flavors even though it can become a bit soggy with an abundance of toppings. February 26th, 2023. I called at 6:13pm and ordered a Big Momma. It finally arrived at 8:07pm cold, tough, and burnt (when it was hot). It was so hard, as I was using the pizza cutter to cut it, it was breaking. I called and upon surprise they wanted this ENTIRE pizza back, and for us to wait ANOTHER 2 hours to eat. We didn't have that kind of time. You'd think they would want to make things right with people! Bad thing is this is the 2nd time I have ordered from them and got horrible food, the first time I chalked it off for it being a very busy Friday night.
This was $40 wasted!!

The food is good that's even why I gave them 2 stars. But they are so rude every time we order from the Amelia location. We have never had a nice person. Also I guess the reason they say we will get it to you whenever we can cause they no there going take forever. They delivered our food as late as a hour in half and we only live 5 mins from them. So I don't think we will be eating from there anymore.

Best pizza in Cincinnati, hands down. Great family that own and run all their restaurants. I have been eating thus amazing pizza since I was 5, I'm 36. Highly recommended by myself and so many I know. Great big menu, all amazing meals.

We love the Calzones..Enough for 2 people...The pizzas have more cheese that I like,,but still good...I never notice rude employees at all...We get a order about 1 time a month...

Been a long time customer to both Amelia and Bethel. They need to be a little more selective about who they hire. The last time I ordered from the Bethel store not only did they get my order wrong for the third time I witnessed workers eating out of and over customers food orders. Nasty!!!! Will not eat there again.

Use to be regular customer no more nothing but rude as hell on phone and getting orders wrong all the time. Mager says been doing this for 30 years abd still a very rude person. Dont give thim any bissiness till they fire t b e manager.

The food has always been good but the people here are just raging assholes. its like the customer doesn't matter at all. They forget stuff they are rude and unkempt. If you want good servic. Done bother.
