I went there twice in the first year there. I thought it would be a normal restaurant/bar experience. Apparently it hasn't improved much since then. It was (customer service) HORRIBLE then just as it apparently is now. Not sure how this joint stays open. It definitely has a bad reputation among locals so I guess Hotel (nearbye) guests are still providing revenue. You couldn't pay me to go there today. Pathetic!!

This was my second time with online/mobile ordering. The entry way has been dirty and littered with paper, toothpicks and other trash. The food has never been ready on time. So if you order, even with a pre-arranged pick up time, be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes. Even the GRUBHUB delivery guy said it was a problem spot for him with orders being ready.
Food quality is just okay, and does not warrant the hefty preminum they out on wings and things
