AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE, FOR ALL THE WRONG REASONS! Driving an hour to celebrate new years eve at Coopers Hawk in Orange Village was a complete waste of time. Waiting 20 minutes for our server to acknowledge us was even worse, but what's worse than that is waiting an additional 40 minutes to finally get our salad which was our 1st course. When I finally had enough and lost all patience I asked for a manager and sure enough she came right out with our salads. Seriously?? It took my complaining to get our food??? Did I mention the restaurant was only at 15% capacity? Not only was it dead, but the kitchen staff along with the wait staff was standing around joking and still, nothing was moving. This place is a joke, completely unprofessional and a waste of time and money. Driving an hour to get there, another hour waiting for service and food with no results, and finally leaving upset and completely disappointed, then Driving back home another hour....well you get it. Need I say anymore?? You'd think this restaurant would take its clients seriously, especially in times where businesses aren't doing very well with this recession. Nope, not here. Seriously, don't waste your time. Thought I'd save the best for last, you ready? When I called they're corporate headquarters in Illinois to complain, no one was available to take my complaint so the receptionist took my message and said it would be passed on to the customer experience team with high priority. WELL GUESS WHAT, NO CALL BACK, NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!!! THIS IS HOW SERIOUS COOPERS HAWK TAKES THEIR CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS. THEY DONT CARE!!
