I used foodfetchers last night. I ordered food at 7:30 hoping to have it within the 70 mins that was stated when I placed the order. At 9:00 I called to see where my order was and was told that the driver had just picked up my food and was on his way. 9:25 came around and I still didn't have my food from a restaurant that was only 15 mins away from my house. So I called foodfetchers back to see what happened and was told that since there were other orders, they told the restaurant to have my food ready at 8:50??? I ordered this food at 7:30!!! why would foodfetchers tell the restaurant to have my food ready an hour and twenty minutes after I ordered it know that it would take 15 mins for them to deliver it. Also I had a $20 coupon that I earned from previous orders that should have been applied to this order. Well I checked my bank and foodfetchers not only authorized my card for the full amount, they also authorized my card for the discounted price! So now there are two authorizations on my card that left me in the negative because I only use this card for misc. stuff. And then not only did I get my food late, get double authorized on my card twice, they forgot one of the dinners and also the extra sauce that I ordered. I had bad experiences in the past with foodfetchers, but nothing like this. I will never order from them again. Horrible experience.

I live in Rocky river used this seervice food came late
was my first time using this service and i asked the driver your tip is included he said no
i thought and wondered the food was late not by 10 minutes but by 40 minutes
should i give an aditional tip
i did i figued id try them again
So again i use ther service difrant driver this time was at my office in down town Cleveland
food was ontime asked the driver your tip is included right
he said no
i have had difrant drivers the 3 times i used there services and each time the drive said no we dont get that we make a fixed rate each day and we don't get the aditional tip and that i should never ad extra onto the tip just extra when they are there
I don't think this is ran profesionaly and not sure if its even leagle for them to not pay the driver the tip they say wich is for a driver tip
i feel bad for the drives this is all they can do righ tnow for work in this economy but for the guy who runs this place to take advantage of these guys like this is wrong
because they don't make there tips

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE food fetchers. I have used them at least a dozen times over the last 8 months and our food ALWAYS arrives hot and fresh. For an extra $5 it is totally worth it to order food from anywhere that is not usually available for delivery. There is an automatic 15% tip added on which is no big deal in my opinion because they should be tipped regardless. This is simply to protect the driver from getting stiffed by cheapskates. I have worked in the food industry for several years so I understand this concept. I am a big fan of Food Fetchers and rant about their service to all of my friends!

TERRIBLE SERVICE--AVOID FOOD FETCHERS! If you're hungry and want to have food you actually ordered delivered to your home hot, warm, or even lukewarm, do not use this company. Not only was part of our delivered order the wrong dish--half of our order was missing. Three hours later, the other half of our order arrived ice-cold (after I was told it was taking so long because they had to reorder my food so that it would be hot and fresh.) And what did they offer to remedy our ruined $35 meal? A $10 coupon off a future order--as if there would be a future order. This company is dishonest, provides terrible service, and received an "F" grade from the BBB (which I should have looked up before I ordered.) Stay far, far away from this company!

I ordered $50 worth of gift certificates in early Dec. as a gift. As they are a local company, I thought I would receive them within 1-2 days. I didn't. I l left for vacation and stopped my mail, thinking they would be in the mail when I got back, they weren't. I called the company asking about them and they said "they are in the mail." (Really 4 weeks later, you are just mailing them?) Another 4 business days and another phone call went by and I still did not receive them. At this point I figured if they can't even mail pieces of paper, how can they deliver hot food so I canceled the order and asked for a refund. That was a week ago, I'm still waiting for the refund to show up on my credit card. If I don't get my $$ back soon, I'm reporting them to BBB.
