I was walking by Il Palazzo near West Boulevard on Detroit. I'm a customer there. I used to go there for lamb. I walked by and I saw the chef/owner Rafael. I know him. I asked if I could use the restroom. He told me, "It's full. We cannot let people off the street use the restroom." Then he said, "I'm on the phone." I thought this was poor service. I'm a customer - not someone on the street. He was degrading and rude. I won't be going to this place again. I'll get lamb some place else. Big mistake, Rafael.
