The food and service at this restaurant are exceptional. I had the mushroom ravioli with Alfredo sauce, and it was bursting with garlic flavor. The prices are reasonable for the generous portions you receive, and the bread they serve is a real treat. It's become a favorite spot for me, and I look forward to returning.

I've been going here for years. Live on the west side now so I don't get there as often as I used to. I'd always ordered the gnocchi. Excellent!

Best food in Cleveland! Fresh, delicious and perfect. Herb bread is spectacular. Prices are so reasonable. Wish they took credit cards,,,but I would just overeat then.

Fresh baked bread daily/hourly, best you ever had. Nothing compares to the red sauce either. Salad is robust with varied lettuce/greens, olives, walnuts, cheese, tomato and homeade dressing is to die for (as well as the dipping oil for the bread)! Conveniently located right off of the freeway. Cozy old time atmosphere, good place for a date! Patio is well decorated in the summer and very comfortable. Friendly and efficient service. Prices great, no waiting and you won't be disappointed.

OMG! What do they put in their bread. I could just eat it all day. Haven't had a bad thing on the menu and I've tried nearly everything.

Scotti's Italian Eatery on E. 185th is one of the BEST restaurants around. My son happens to be a cook there.
I simply love their food... The bread is to die for... The atmosphere is great. The waitresses are AMAZING.
Although I've never eaten outside in their beautiful patio, it looks very inviting...
I rate Scotti's a huge 5 stars
