I visited Europa with friends and was pleasantly surprised by the tucked-away location in a strip mall near a traffic circle. The restaurant offers a diverse menu of tapas, appetizers, and entrí©es with Russian flavors. While some tapas were simple, like toast and cheese, the presentation was charming, and the overall variety was enjoyable. The space has an interesting decor, including a basement bar and a reserved area downstairs, though the service was friendly yet slow. I would consider returning to try more of their enticing entrí©es.
