Zoma Ethiopian Restaurant
We want you to think Zoma distinctly when you think of a Cleveland Ethiopian Restaurant for an unforgettably striking dimension to exotic cookery.
The Cuisine
Dining in Ethiopia is characterized by the ritual of breaking “injera” and sharing food from a common plate, signifying the bonds of loyalty and friendship. The traditional way of eating is with fingers. “Injera” is placed on the plate with variety of dishes decoratively arranged around it. A small portion of “Injera” is torn off and wrapped around a mouthful of the selected dish.
The Vision
Zoma to be a place that people want to visit over and over again because of our consistent delivery of exceptional food, service, and atmosphere. We are excited to become Cleveland City’s premier Ethiopian restaurant. Everything we do will contribute to creating a memorable experience for our guests.
By providing this experience our goal is to enhance relationships and give people that much needed renewal of enjoyment in their lives.
