Today, I had the pleasure of dining at Saltgrass Steakhouse. The service provided by our server, Madison, was exceptional - she was friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience truly enjoyable. The food was delicious, with each dish cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend trying the mac 'n cheese - it's a must-have!

Don’t go here! When I went to pick this up, they said they didn’t have the order. This is the second time this has happened. My wife Amanda asked if she could please put the order in and the girl at the counter, who was supposedly the manager gave her attitude but put the order in anyway. We should have just left at that time. Anyways, after a half hour of waiting for our order that should have been ready at 5 PM, referance below, my wife walked back up to the girl and asked for a discount, which the girl again was rude and finally agreed after acting put out. My Terrible customer service! My wife asked the girl to take her number and call her when the food was ready. We went and sat in our car for another 45 minutes. We called the restaurant back from the car to get an update. They again said they didn’t have our order, so being upset to put it nicely, we left. Thanks for ruining our Valentines Day dinner. That manager should be fired. Totally unexceptionable! We will never visit this restaurant again!
