Good barbeque but EXPENSIVE! And they take only cash. I guess if you're on the way to or from 'Breck' you can afford a $30 lunch at a BBQ shack, but we're more local so we were surprised.
Service is fun with Criselda greeting you and cutting up in a fun way. Mark is more scary, looming in the kitchen and shoving orders to the Mrs. with a scowl.
Good food and good service so it's definitely worth a visit- do it and then decide if it's worth going out of the way for again.

I have eaten here during my last several trips to Breckenridge and have loved everything I've tried; pulled pork, sausages, brisket, homemade soups, pork ribs, beef ribs and more. The portions are big and reasonably priced. They have family meals too which is nice to be able to take back to the room. We now take Hwy 285 to Breckenridge from Denver just so we can eat here. If you are already in the Breckenridge, it's a scenic and worth-while ride that takes about 20 minutes. The restaurant is family-owned.
