I'm looking forward to when we can dine inside at Santiago's again. The food is consistently good at almost every location, the staff is usually friendly, and I appreciate the owners' philanthropic efforts. My favorite is the smothered beef and bean sopapilla with half-and-half green chile, though the spiciness can vary, so be prepared.

This is the third time my order is messed up! Whoever is at the drive thru needs to repeat the order back to the customer so these mistakes are not made over and over.

Skimpy with my burrito deluxe. Very little lettuce and three tiny pieces of tomato. Asked for more lettuce and was told it would cost more and that that was the standard amount. I just want my money's worth, nothing more! Used to be great food and you would leave satisfied. The people who work there are rude and COULD NOT CARE LESS! Never going back!

Had a bad experience on thursday..completely messed up the whole order..called them they hung up on me..took food back.hours later recieved a call from manager saying they credit amount bck .. Said ok tried getting credit today and was told manager wasnt in yet..they didnt take name or number to get call back just hung up..smh..how rude!! So dissatisfied..liked them alot..but not no more..need different people working who aint rude to customers.
