Our recent visit to Beaver Creek Chophouse was exceptional, earning a solid 5-star rating for the second time. The perfectly cooked steaks, delectable sides like the bacon Brussel sprouts, and the fantastic chocolate chip ice cream sandwich dessert left us thoroughly satisfied. The Thursday night experience was made even more memorable with a table by the window offering a stunning view of the fireworks over the slopes, coupled with the entertaining magician wandering around adding a touch of magic to the evening.
