Spent over 1 hour in drive thru. Food was cold. Employees were rude. Food was not made correctly. I don't understand why they are this freaking terrible. I personally think they should be shut down. This is the 5th time it's happened. Next time, I'll time it and keep track of my gas. I heard a rumor that there is no manager. A few times, they shut the store down for a day because "they ran out of product"

Went to taco bell tonight (2/20/2023). Tried to go inside, but was locked. Then went to drive thru. They stopped taking orders and closed because they ran out of product. This is the 4th of 5th time in a row. This place either needs to be shut down or get a manager that actually knows what the heck they're doing. This place is actively screwing their employees, customers and surrounding restaurants. They are terrible. They don't care. I'm shocked that they are still open. These guys are liars, they are rude. They are just overall idiots. I am now calling a boycott of this terrible location. They need to go away forever.
