I used to frequent El Meson with my politico group, enjoying the exceptional food and excellent service almost twice a week. Recently, I revisited for some Cinco de Mayo items and was pleasantly surprised when the staff remembered me, providing quick service and complimentary chips and salsa. The delicious lunch combination I ordered brought back fond memories, and I look forward to returning soon to this wonderful restaurant.

I am a BIG fan. I have relocated. I have come across a few things in my journey I wanted to share with you. I found at Casa Vallarta in Aurora and they have Happy Hour Mon – Friday 4p -7p Free Chicken Wings (4) and tacos (2) with every drink purchased. Friday Adult ONLY karaoke and line dancing 6p-10p and on Saturday Kids ONLY karaoke, a DJ comes and sets it up. Taqueiro Jalisco in Aurora have a lunch buffet including tacos/tostados/enchilada/chili rellenos/ empenadas/tortilla soup/beans/rice/lettuce/tomatoes/cheese/sour cream/avocados/salsa bar. I worked at one restaurant where they had a tortilla maker and the patrons got fresh warm tortillas when they came in.
I learned to pair Tequila besides margaritas. With Guac = tequila + grapefruit soda + lime and with chicken tacos = tequila + agave + bitters + orange peel. Enjoy!
