7 pm on a Wed eve. No one there to greet you. Only a sign asking you to wait to be seated. We waited for ten minutes before someone came to the front, only to hear there was a 40 minute wait. As we were leaving, someone who also had been waiting, asked us how long. When I said 40 minutes several other people left as well.

There was 4 of us on a 3500 mile trip & found Boss Hogs by accident, all 4 of us had the Surf & Turf, was the best meal we had the whole trip for only $21.95! We all are from Texas & a meal like that would cost 38-50 dollars and you would still have to by your sides. Great Job Boss Hog!

My husband and I stopped in for the first time around 4pm. Excellent service and food! I had the open faced smothered burger and my husband had the chimichanga meal. Both were very good and the prices are very reasonable. We will be back!

Because of our waitress, JAMIE!!!!!!
She was pleasant and at the end of our order addressed as ma'am and sir". Also super sweet to our guest's children. We order drinks however the bartender was not great, she kept apologizing for him and our wait! We got up to use the restrooms ,she said she was getting our drinks as we passed. And she meant it! She personally went behind the bar to get the drinks! My husband said she apologized when she brought the drinks to our table. She kept a smile on her face the whole time which we all admired.
My husband, our guest, and myself thought maybe he was new, but that NOT the case!!
And here is why"¦..
This poor girl was busting her hind-in off with other tables as ours. I went to go get my husband a beer cause I felt sorry for the young lady. When I asked for the beer, First he said "have to place order with our waitress". I kindly pointed out that she was VERY busy and I didn't mind getting it ,to make sure it went on our bill and pointed to our table. A gentlemen called his name and clearly same as on his name tag.
He didn't say excuse me as I wouldn't have mind. He loudly spoke over his shoulder "Don't give me your s*** or all put you in time out { which I didn't understand at all} once he faced me I thought he was getting my order it was " JUST A BOTLLE OF BUDLIGHT" Nope hollered again and asked a lady to watch the bar and just walked out!!!!! The lady had the sweetest voice and said "honey what can I get you?"
I told her the situation and she got right on it. And asked if I would like a cold mug? On top of that she said she would make sure our bill would be fixed! I told her "no thanks"it wasn't her fault. I was just very dumbfounded! I normally wouldn't even bothered and still don't know why I asked if he was the normal Bartender, and was he okay? She said yes and no more.
We all thanked our waitress and tipped her m. When seen the what she was dealing with though our meal. how she stayed so calm, but We all had a feeling this was not her first rodeo with this Bartender. As we were getting into the truck my husband asked if that was the bartender? I told him to drive by to make sure and it was and then we were both dumbfounded!
The Bartender that didn't get my drink, cussed in front of me, and left while I thought he was going to get the beer. Was out side with another male clearly smoking pot!! We watched him return into the building as we drove off.
I remember seeing a camera, who knows if it was a dummy or real. If I owned that restaurant I would be checking that on a regular basis. Do to other reviews. I understand that it's legal to smoke pot in Colorado, but not while on the job or premises of the work force. Unless this how the owners operate??????
For him to cuss in front of a woman, dismissed my order which I was going to throw a few bucks his way, then left while still trying to get a beer! So our conclusion is that he obviously had "HIGHER" priorities!
We will not be returning back there however, I will say our waitress went far and beyond and kept a smile the entire time .I personally give her a lot of credit because I would not have been able to tolerate that!!!!!!! I would think she losses money cause of this bartender!

Their chicken fried steak with gravy is excellent! So is there Philly Cheese steak.

HORRIBLE!!! We were so excited to eat there. Waited 45 minutes for a table, because of COVID restrictions, not because they were busy. Got seated, hostess only gave us only one set of silverware, there was 2 of us. Waited 10 minutes for our waitress. Asked for a Arnold Palmer (half lemonade, half tea) and got tea with some lemon juice. The waitress only brought our drinks. The food was HORRIBLE. I got the ribs and they were cold, baked potato was burnt on the bottom and we couldn't find our waitress until she brought us our bill. They weren't so slammed that she couldn't come check on us and I say that because I am a waitress also. Our ticket was over $50 and all I could eat was the mac and cheese.

well if I met a greeter who was so "meant", I would not go back either, and I 'meant' it!
