China Garden in E.Cañon and Jade Cafe in Florence are part of the same family, offering consistently delicious Chinese food. Despite the unassuming appearance, the food is excellent, well-priced, and served with great customer service. I've been a fan since my high school days and always find Jade Cafe to be a reliable choice for a satisfying meal.

Even though the online menu and the actual menu in the restaurant aren't completely identical, one thing is for sure, their food is great. I ordered their shrimp fried rice, and dined in with another, and the wait staff was polite, and consistent with checking in on you. The atmosphere is quaint and quiet, but it didn't bother me any since I'd rather it be silent than noisy. Jade Cafe is a great place to dine.

I ordered a "to go" order. The woman was rude the entire time I was trying to order. We drive out of town, sit down to eat and it is the wrong order. I call and politely explain the mix up. The woman is once again rude saying I ordered that. I told her I did not. This is something I have never ordered at any restaurant. She tells me that was my misunderstanding. I politely ask if she could credit me a meal since I can not eat this. She tells me I will have to drive all the way back to town and return it and no credit. I again explain I can not drive back to town. She says "I not arguing this anymore, your misunderstanding not mine!" Wow, so much for customer service
