While passing through Fowler, Colorado, I stumbled upon this place and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent food. The service from our waitress Bailey, who was friendly and professional, truly stood out and made our dining experience enjoyable. The menu offered a variety of options, with generous portions and reasonable prices, making it a great choice for a satisfying meal in town.

The Tamarack is one of the best places to eat in Otero County, Co. Great atmosphere awesome waitresses and wait staff amazing food

I have always had a good experience dining here and taking out. Selections and varieties of meals keep it fresh!

The food was good all the times I've gotten it before tonight I got a shrimp basket suppose to be a "basket full" wasn't even a handful not to mention the fries we old hard and cold. Also got a "steak wrap" it was nothing but roast beef!
