I've eaten at the Colorado Springs Texas Tbone Steakhouse twice. The steaks (filet & NY strip) were cooked to the right temperature, medium but both times they were dry, thin and tasteless. I ordered the Famous Dave's ribs both times with my steak and they were seriously under cooked as far as ribs go. I expected them to fall off the bone but they were very tough. Sorry to leave a bad review but it wasn't worth the money and you should know.

This has always been one of our favorite restaurants. Steak dinners are the best ion town, since they've merged with Famous Dave's, the BBQ is amazing.
