As a massive Elvis fan, I've been enjoying his sushi since I first discovered his restaurant in Washington State over 17 years ago, and the flavors are simply out of this world. Now that I've relocated to Boulder, I'm thrilled to have his Colorado Springs location nearby, where the friendly staff, extensive menu, and fantastic all-you-can-eat options continue to impress me every time I visit.

I love this place and anyone who tries it will be a fast friend of this restaurant! Eel is delicious. The nigiri is so good. The rolls are beauties and tasty. The service is incredibly wonderful. It's like a friend who always takes you as you are and makes you feel better about everything before you leave. Thank you Sushi Ring people for your greatness!

We have ate sushi in many places around Colorado Springs, and was barr none the best! Service was great and every roll was excellent. While I'm reading other reviews regarding Sushi Ring, I can only laugh at those who had a negative review and experie awwnce. I'm happy I'm surrounded by good family, good vibes, and awesome Sushi! This was a total rip-off. No such thing as Eat all you want. Portions fit for a 5-year old and the service was
lousy. Expensive for what you got. Had to to go another restaurant to get another meal to get full! I won't even give it a one-star. In fact, if I could, I'd give it a minus 10!

This was the worst sushi restaurant I had ever gone to - portions were very small (fit for a small child), wait staff had a very poor attitude, never smiled - in fact, didn't care at all. Very expensive for what you got and my friend and I left the restaurant - it's fit for people who don't care, sushi was poor quality and customers got ripped off!
