I went to pick up an order and they said they didn't have it despite it saying it was ready. Of course, I had to go back to my car to get my phone to prove we paid. Since I didn't realize my friend had put a nickname on their account, we found out it was a different name. Just as I was going to apologize for the mistake since I was unaware of the name change, the lady at the counter then rudely stated "had you had said that we would have given it to you." Appalled by the unnecessary comment, I said "whatever lady" since it was a rude way to come back at a misunderstanding. Then as I walked out she immediately said "yeah whatever." Totally rude and uncalled for. You could have just said sorry for the misunderstanding and kept my business since it was an honest mistake, but instead you wanted to get snippy and then talk crap with your staff that you had awaiting my return. So, you can go shove it and good luck being rude to people and keeping their business. There are better restaurants with better food. Your quality has degraded over the years and maybe it's because you're involved with your poor decision-making skills.

Great place reminiscent of restaurants in Los Angeles, NYC, and San Francisco's Chinatowns. Doug is a treasure, friendly and caring. The food is well-prepared. Likely the best in the Springs.

The food at lunch was very cheap. The meat was as thin as toothpicks. It was pricey for what you got. You would have to be vegatarian to like the food since there was nooooo meat in the food. Also, the waiters seems stuck up to me. Worst chinese i ever went to they need to invest in more meat. Cheap Cheap Cheap but boy not cheap on prices and sure want to be tipped.

This is a great restaurant. I've eaten there for lunch and dinner dozens of times and the food is always consistent and the service is excellent. Best Chinese food in Colorado.

The best Chinese food in Colorado Springs, bar none. Food and service are excellent. I have never had a bad meal there.

Food is good however the waiter makes snide comments insults customers if the tip is not generous enough for his liking. Not going to go throught that treatment again!
