I ordered a caterpillar roll which I have had there in the past...I hear that they have changed owners..and let me tell you it was a roll with 99 % crab and 1 % eel. They also didn't put eel sauce in the container. This was a to go sell. I called and asked for them to either deliver a new one or refund me. They argued with me and then had to wait til the next day for the manager to call. He argued as well...even after I sent a picture showing exactly how it looked and he said he would do a cash refund instead of credit my card and that I would have to come in. I wouldn't step in there again with this service. They do not care how their food is made. I would think twice before going there. Very rude and non caring.
