I ordered a to go order and asked my son to pick it up. He had no idea what I had ordered. When he paid for the order, the girl handed him a bag and said "here you go". When he got home, I found that my calzone was missing. I called them and was told it was in a separate box and "he didn't pick it up". I was asked what I wanted done and I asked for a refund and was told I couldn't get the refund without a card. So I asked if they could deliver it to me since it was their fault and was told "no". I sent my son to the place again to pick up the calzone. They didn't even use fresh mushrooms in their food. The mushrooms were straight out of a can. So I paid $1.15 extra for canned mushrooms. Never have I dealt with a restaurant so rigid and uncaring to make things right. Lousy food and lousy service. Won't be going back.
