We order take out from this establishment , same thing every time . chicken nachos !!! Very inconsistent !!!
This day August 2nd 2021 my husband picked up 2 to-go plates at 9 dollars a pop ... hardly any chicken or cheese AT ALL ... if I'm just paying for the chips I'll spend our hard earned dollars else where !!!

The food was great, but when we got our bill they charged us a non-cash fee of a $1.01 because we used a card . That was ok but when we gave them the card and they brought back the card and bill to to sign, they charged us a non-cash fee of $1.08. That is a .07 difference. If you say your going to charge a certain amount then don't add more because that is wrong. Most people don't look at 2nd bill they assume you were charged with the amont on first bill. That is wrong doing that. JUST MAKE SURE THEY CHARGED YOU FOR THE RIGHT AMOUNT. I Will NOT BE GOING BACK AND IF I COULD RATE THEM ANY LOWER I WOULD.

We ordered food from them Saturday night. I spent over 50$ in food there. It was our first time trying this place. The food came to us cold and disgusting. We ordered sour cream and they didn't even give us that. I have a Mexican background and have lived in Mexico twice and I would rather eat out of the kitchen in the mountains of Hidalgo than this place. We tried calling Sunday, they never answered their phone and google said they were closed yet they deny this. I called all day Monday and half of Tuesday only to be told that Pedro would call us back which he never did, and I was hung up on several times. They refuse a refund because they say we waited too long, yet they are the ones who refused to answer or call us back!! Then the women called me a liar! I'm beyond disgusted, hurt and shocked by their behavior. I myself am a business owner and would never treat my clients how these people have treated us! I understand things happen but the fact that they are not willing to try to fix this problem to us at all angers me and I am truly hurt. Do not eat there!! It was disgusting and our hunting dog wouldn't even eat the crap!! If they fix this issue with us I will be honest and post the out come as we all make mistakes. Let's see if they try to even resolve this.

This is always our go to restaurant in the area. They have a lot of the typical options but I think the taste and the service is better than most similar restaurants. It's always fast too.
