Today marked my first visit, and the friendly staff made the experience enjoyable while I savored a delicious sub. Though the decor isn't fancy, the food is fresh and satisfying, with standout items like their mozzarella sticks and chicken salad that keep me coming back for more.

Today was my first visit to Steve's Deli, and I was impressed by the friendly staff and the delicious subs. I particularly enjoyed the mozzarella sticks, which I think are the best around. While the atmosphere may not be fancy, Steve's is a great local spot for tasty sandwiches and burgers at a reasonable price. Give it a try and see for yourself why I keep coming back!

Extreme lack of respect from closing staff -- patrons allowed to play audio selections that are very very loud and disturbing to all around the area!
Very disappointed in management!!

Don't go in to eat here after 8 pm. They close at 9 and one gets the feeling they wish you were taking it out and not eating in. The last two times we ate there, someone started sweeping the floor hard after sweeping out the restroom towards the table we were sitting at. The other time, they swept off the mats by the restroom then swept the floor. The food is so-so. This last time, I got slaw with my basket order and it was sour from being left over the weekend. They made an adjustment with me for that. For the money, you can go a short ways down the street to South Congaree House of Pizza and eat much better for just about the same amount of money.
