12/15/2016 I ordered dinner from Fridays in Columbus Ga to go. I ordered buffalo wings and fries only to get home and notice that therer were no buffalo sauce present at all. I called the manager and she said that she would send me an email with a credut to get a new order on my next visit. Of course I didnt recieve a email nor did I recieve credit for the bad service. I called Fridays on 12/16/2016 and was told that the managers were in a meeting and they took my information to have the email with the credit sent to email once the managers got out the meeting. Of course I never recieved the email on 12/16/2016 neither. So I took the liberty to go into Fridays and have dinner and speak with the manager to have this issue corrected only to be more dissatisfied with some bufalo wings that tasted like they were warmed up in the microwacve from the night before and just poured a little buffalo sauce on them. Totally nasty and terrible buffalo wings. I spoke with manager about the cold warmed up tasting wings only to recieve rude assistance from a African American female manager that didn't feel the need to apologize for the terrible service nor offer to correct the wings or fix me fresh wings instead she didn't say a word and walked off and never returned. So the general manager offered to replace the wings but after this terible experience i declined his offer. I am a valuable customer at fridays and this experience really make me apreciate other restaurants in the surrounding area.
