The catfish and hush puppies at this restaurant are exceptional, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming dining experience that is hard to resist.

My sister and I ate at Ezells last night. We ordered the Senior catfish. The fish was hard and did not taste fresh. We are both sick. Will not eat there again.. Rose Hill is the best .......

Placed to go order by phone today at the Columbus location. The older man at the front desk is Very Rude! He continuously got smart and rude the entire time I placed the order. And when I went to pick the order up it was even worse. He even told me to hush and reached for some candy that was by the register an told me to put it in my mouth and be quiet when I asked if my order was ready. Every word that came out of his mouth was an insult. Needless to say I will Not Be coming back. And I will alert my friends and family to Not go there also.

I live in Columbus Ga., the manager on Warm Springs Rd I do not like HIS attitude very CONDESCENDING ,I don't know his name but very smart mouth. So I driver to Phenix City Al. and it is always fresh, good and friendly . I hope I don't see him at Phenix City location

We've come here many times and the food and service was always great.....until now. Ate there with 11 other people in our party Tuesday night. The service was a little slow, but the waiter did all he could do. The food was awful. The fantail shrimp was cold and hard; the butter would not melt on the "baked" potato (it was boiled!), the coleslaw was flavorless. Seven out of the 11 people served said their food was cold, not even warm. When we checked out and informed the lady cashier, she acted as though she absolutely did not care. I and all our guests will not return to Ezell's. Neither will anyone in our families and friends.
