House of Japan is a favorite lunch spot for my husband and me, especially because of their delicious Egg Yolk sauce that he adores. The chef's humorous response to the sauce ingredients added to the fun dining experience. The meal of NY strip steak, steamed rice, and veggies was satisfying and worth the splurge, despite the sodium levels. The friendly atmosphere and engaging hibachi show made our visit enjoyable, despite the slightly high price point.
