Katie's pizza reminds me of the classic Donatos I used to enjoy before their corporate changes. The thin crust and generous toppings are reminiscent of Donatos, but Katie's offers a more affordable option that doesn't compromise on flavor. If you're a fan of Donatos and reside in Gahanna, I highly recommend giving Katie's a try for a satisfying and nostalgic pizza experience.

Katie's has very poor customer service. On serveral occassions I've order from Katies and had it delivered at my work site. The person on the other end of the phone would tell me 30 to 45 minutes which is reasonable, but the pizza wouldn't come for another 2 hours after the 45 min. So the last time they were 2 hours later I subtracted $3.00 from their price. Today after 4 months of not ordering from them I decided to order. I ordered $26 worth of food. They were here on time and said I owed them $3.00 from the last time. I told them I have the $26 dollars for the order and they said they weren't leaving the food unless I gave them the extra $3.00. I told them they weren't going to get the $3.00 because they were 2 hours late and that they need to go ahead and take the food back and they did. I ended up ordering from Donato and it was faster and hot. They lost a customer and $26 today over them being late and asking for an extra $3.00 and not having good customer service.

I have worked retail for 30 years and Katie's has good customer service. Further, very timely, consistent pizza quality, good price, never had a bad pizza.

Order 30 dollars of food, under cooked couldn't even give it to my dog! Place is a joke, don't waste your time or money. The manager told my a complete lie, that she would credit my order. Called back to reorder and the didn't have a credit for my order.
