Fought with the ticket kiosk for over 10 minutes, first two didn't work but had no markings indicating that. The third one froze up while processing the order, customer service said they couldn't assist us unless we were at the service counter, by the time the system cleared we had to wait in line to speak to them again which caused us to miss the start of the movie. In the end we decided to go somewhere else. This cinema needs to get it's stuff together and maybe have someone assisting at the kiosks if they have so many issues with them.
